Privacy Policy

Unison Events Organizing and Managing L.L.C is a corporate event management company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@unisonevents.ae or on WhatsApp at +971 58 516 9123.

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your company or organisation
• Your work email address
• Your phone number
• Your event date or timeframe, if you provide one
• The event format you select, if you select one

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to send us in that message, including your phone number or email address.

When you arrive from an advertisement or another website, we record technical information alongside your enquiry so we can understand which campaigns produce genuine enquiries:

• Google advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) present in the page address
• Campaign tracking parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar)
• The website that referred you, and the full address of the page you landed on
• The time your enquiry was submitted and how long you spent on the form, which we use to filter automated submissions

Our analytics providers also process your IP address, approximate location, device, browser and operating system, and your interactions with the page.

This site runs three third-party tools. Each is described plainly below.

• Google Ads conversion tracking. Records that an enquiry or WhatsApp click occurred so we can measure advertising performance. Operated by Google.
• Microsoft Clarity. Produces heatmaps and records replays of individual browsing sessions, including mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and typed input in non-sensitive fields. Operated by Microsoft.
• WhatsApp click logging. When you tap a WhatsApp button we generate a short reference code, add it to the start of your message, and log the click with its campaign details to our own spreadsheet so we can match your conversation to your enquiry.

Microsoft Clarity records session replays. If you would prefer we did not record your session, email us at the address above and we will delete any recording we can identify as yours.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your event
• To prepare concepts, venue options and costed proposals
• To deliver an event you engage us for, including arranging suppliers, venues and permits
• To measure which advertising campaigns produce genuine enquiries
• To detect and discard automated or fraudulent form submissions
• To meet legal, regulatory and licensing obligations in the United Arab Emirates

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Your enquiry is stored in a database we control and forwarded to our internal workflow tools so the team can respond. The following processors handle data on our behalf:

• Our website and hosting provider, which serves this site and runs the form endpoint
• Our database provider, which stores enquiry records
• Zapier, which routes new enquiries into our internal tools
• Google and Microsoft, for the advertising and analytics purposes described above
• Google Workspace, where the WhatsApp click log is stored

Where we engage specialist suppliers to deliver part of an event, such as audio visual, entertainment or photography, they work under our contracts and receive only the information necessary to perform their scope. We may also disclose information where required by law or by a competent authority.

Our service providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards for international transfers.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required for accounting, tax and licensing purposes. Analytics and advertising data are kept for the retention period set by the relevant provider. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access controlled database. We limit access to team members who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask us to:

• Provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your information where we have no continuing need for it
• Restrict or object to a particular use of your information
• Withdraw consent you have previously given

Email hello@unisonevents.ae and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Our advertising and analytics providers set cookies and use similar browser storage to recognise returning visitors and attribute enquiries to campaigns. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you from using this site or submitting an enquiry.

This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
