By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or send us a brief.

Unison Events Organizing and Managing L.L.C is a corporate event management company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We plan and deliver conferences, product launches, brand activations, award ceremonies, gala dinners and VIP hospitality across the UAE.

This website is an enquiry channel. Submitting the form, messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us does not create a contract, reserve a date, or commit either of us to anything. A booking exists only once we have both signed a written proposal or agreement.

Please give us accurate information in your brief. We rely on the date, format and contact details you supply when we prepare concepts, check availability and quote. You are responsible for making sure you are authorised to share any details you send us about your organisation or your guests.

We aim to reply to new enquiries within 15 minutes while our team is staffed, which covers business hours and a period either side of them. This is a service target rather than a guarantee: enquiries received outside staffed hours are answered as soon as the team is back. If your enquiry is urgent, message us on WhatsApp.

Concepts, venue options and costed proposals are prepared for you specifically and are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Pricing depends on supplier and venue availability at the time of confirmation and may change if the brief, guest numbers, date or scope change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.

We deliver the majority of each event with our own team. Certain scopes, including audio visual, entertainment, and photography and videography, are delivered by specialists we contract and manage. Those suppliers work under our contracts and to our schedule, and we remain your point of accountability for them.

Where an event requires permits or regulatory approvals, we handle the filings agreed in your proposal. Approvals are granted by the relevant authorities at their discretion and within their own timeframes. We are not liable for an authority refusing, delaying or withdrawing an approval, though we will work with you on alternatives if that happens.

All content on this website, including text, photography, layout and the Unison Events name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors. Concepts, designs, run sheets and other materials we prepare for you remain ours until the proposal says otherwise or they are paid for in full. You may not reproduce or distribute them outside your organisation without our written consent.

Brand names shown on this site are used to describe the professional experience of our senior team at previous companies. They are not statements that those brands are clients of Unison Events, and they remain the property of their owners.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or automated enquiries
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Interfere with the operation or availability of the site
• Copy or scrape the site's content for commercial use

We filter automated submissions and may decline to respond to enquiries that appear not to be genuine.

We try to keep this site available and its content accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is current. Content may be updated or removed at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability in connection with a booked event is governed by the signed agreement for that event, not by this page.

Information you send through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
